    Sir,
    New RR ki implement date kabse hai. Jo purane attendant hai kya unpar bhi new RR ka promotion rule lagoo hoga because new RR me kahi bhi Lab. Attendant word ka use nahi hua hai. Sabhi jagah MTS Lab. Likha hua hai.
    And pehle ek line likhi Hui thi ki "Existing incumbents are remain in their respective cadre till their promotion as Lab. Assistant". Ye line bhi hata di gayi hai.
    To kya ab sabhi old Attendant Jo 2013 se pehle join kiye hue hai MTS Laboratory hain.
    Plz clear kare and jald se jald 100% promotion ki ladayi shuru kare. Nahi to der na ho Jaye..
    Please take this issue seriously and give it as first preference.

    १००% प्रमोशन सितम्बर २०१३ के आर आर से हटा दिया गया था. नया आर आर २८ मई २०१५ से लागू है और ये सभी पे लागू है नए हो या पुराने. ये हमारे लिए भी चिंता का बिषय है. कई बार हमलोग इस मुद्दे पर चर्चा कर चुके हैं और आशा करते हैं की जल्द ही दुक्ल्सा की मांगों पर दी यु गौर करेगी और नए आर आर के लिए कमिटी का गठन करेगी. इस मुद्दे पर जल्द ही एक्शन और वोर्किंग समिति की मीटिंग होगी.

      Aapne mere ek question ka reply nahi kiya sir i.e "To kya ab sabhi old Attendant Jo 2013 se pehle join kiye hue hai MTS Laboratory hain because new RR me kahi bhi Lab. Attendant word ka use nahi hua hai. Sabhi jagah MTS Lab. Likha hua hai.

    Good point. It is still not clear in this RR and so we assume that old Lab Attendants will be as it is and in their respective appointing departments because only lab attendant or MTS of respective department will be considered for promotion either from dpc or LDE. There are lot of other deficiency in the present RR.

    Sir please clear that if chemistry department has 16 number of assistant post and now there are 5 vacant post. So these 5 post will be filled frm outside or internally ...??
    College authority made roaster like ...
    16 Post 25 % through DPC , so 4 Post
    16 Post 50 % through LDE , so 8 post
    16 Post 25 % through outside 4 post
    But authority said as they already filled 16 post in department through DPC so now we cannot filled it by DPC or LDE .. Now all 5 posts are going to be filled outside...

      Ajit Ji ye kewal aapki hi problem nahi hai but sabhi jagah ye Hi chal raha hai..DUCLSA ki taraf se kaha gaya hai ki hum jald Hi Working and Action committee ki meeting bulayenge but is baat ko bhi kafi din ho gaye hai.
      Hum DUCLSA se ye request karte hai ki jald se jald koi action le before its getting too late for us.

    DUCLSA ne VC or University ko kai baar likh ke diya huwa hai or do baar strike bhi kar chuke hain, but abhi tak DU se koi reply nhi aaya? hope jaldi koi accha reply aayega or wo Laboratory hit mai hoga, but ek baat or jab bhi strike hoti hai sabhi log nhi aate jo chinta ki baat hai ham sab logo ko DUCULSA ko pura samrathan dena hoga tabhi ham log kamyab hoge, sabhi se request hai ki jab bhi DUCULSA Call kare Sabhi logo ko aana hoga nhi to Abhi MTS Laboratory huwa hai Kuch time Baad MTS Lab Assistant or uske baat wo TO to jayega, to sabhi ko apni maag manwane ke liye DUCULSA ka pura saath dena hoga, Thanks

    DUCULSA is pe lagatar kaam kar rahi hai, VC or DU ko bhi latter likha huwa hai but abhi tak koi reply nhi aaya, asa karte hain ki jaldi koi acchi baat samne aaye, DUCULSA lagatar authrity se baat kar rahi hai bus intzaar hai koi acche nateje ka, 2 baar strkie ho chuki hai koi jabab nhi diya gya, but strike mai kuch hi log aate hain, jabki sabhi ka aana jaruri hota hai, nhi aaoge to abhi MTS Laboratory hai kuch time baad MTS laboratory assistant or uske baad..... MTS TO bhi ho sakta hai, hame sabko milkar ye ladai ladni hai DUCULSA ka saath dena hai tabhi ham kamyab ho payege. DUCULSA bhut maihnat kar rahi hai, bas intzaar hai ek acche umeed ki or aasa karte hain ham log laldi kamyab hoge,
